конвертация проекции 42 года в UTM

Question

hello. help ! i have scaned USSR old topographic maps in scale 1:50000. but there is problem with projections, when i
register this map in utm projection, there is always x offset with my data and raster. could you tell me where is the problem ? maybe you can post in phorum arcinfo projection file (*.prj) example or workflow of conversation.
